Series 2 Is Here! The Fully Loaded, VANDER Competition M14 is the ULTIMATE most versatile, heavy duty functional trainer in its class. A functional trainer is a workout machine with pulleys. Competition approved, 3mm thick, Indestructible Steel Construction. Featuring 300 lb. weight stacks on each side with both 1:1 and 2:1 Pulley ratios, this set up offers a convenience to keep heavier and lighter weight ready, without having to keep changing the pin to a desired weight or adjusting the pulleys from top to bottom. Paired with the ultimate 3 in 1 bench which offers leg extension, hamstring curl and arm preacher curl exercises. This setup features 4 pulleys, which is a huge convenience factor having pulleys ready for use in several different positions. The top pulleys are positioned specifically for workouts that require full extensions such as lat pull-downs and offer a 1:1 pulley ratio allowing heavy lifts. The lower pulleys are adjustable from top to bottom. The possibilities of the workouts on this trainer are endless.
