• Use Dimensions To Consider: 
  • Olympic Smith Bar: total width while on rack measures, 7ft to 7ft, 2" sicking out 18.5" from the rack post on each side. You will need space on the sides to load weighs comfortably. 10ft width use space is suggested to allow 1.5  clear foot space on each side.
  • Weight Storage Sleeves: stick out 12.5" on each side. In total from end to end, the rear weight storage sleeves measure 74.2"
  • Back Wall Space Clearance: You will need 8" in space from a back wall (if planning to put this unit against a wall) to allow plate loading on weight storage sleeves.
  • Smith Barbell: Sticks out 14" on each side with a total width of 77.2"
  • Front Of Rack: 9 feet of use space is recommended to allow for comfortable use and to adjust the bench as desired with different work outs.
